VAMERO is a project founded by Polish Producer Andy Dust and German DJ Vicero...The idea for VAMERO was born in 2015, when Andy saw Vicero for the first time during one of his DJ sets. They found common enthusiasm for the dark and twisted feelings of long club nights in Frankfurt and began producing EDM/Dance music together.
After deciding to pursue their own solo-paths for a couple of months, they reconnected in March 2020 with Andy telling Vicero: "man, we're coming back to the game." They met in the studio the very next day, producing the first demo - one they later sent to the Vinai brothers – resulting in their first collab with VINAI, "Rise Up", which was released in May 2020.
"Rise Up" was gaining success at a rapid pace and was played by radio stations in several European countries including Poland, Germany, France etc.
Andy later came across the MOWE duo to whom he introduced the idea for a song called "Game". MOWE were instantly caught and in June 2020, “Game”, by VAMERO & MOWE, was officially released.
After two highly successful releases, Andy and Vicero got even more eager to work, deciding to make a cover of Leona Lewis’ "Bleeding Love", for which they invited the German duo LIZOT. The song was released in December 2020 and reached 3rd place on the German iTunes Charts within its first week.
The duo is working on new songs and keeps reminding us that "this is just the beginning of their adventure together and from now on they will only move forward".
